How our project teams are built

Every engagement brings together three layers:

  1. Senior advisor(s) – seasoned professionals with 20–30+ years’ experience. They:

    • Help shape the brief and the strategy

    • Stay in client conversations from start to finish

    • Coach the team and review the work

  2. Emerging professionals – full-time juniors (from fresh grads to ~3 years’ experience). They:

    • Own the day-to-day delivery and coordination

    • Do the reading and the research

    • Draft and iterate with guidance from seniors

  3. Tools & partners – including AI and specialist collaborators. They:

    • Speed up the grunt work (first drafts, basic analysis)

    • Free our people to focus on judgement, nuance and relationship-building
