Introducing 60>60, a Podcast about stories worth keeping.

There’s something oddly terrifying about those “30 under 30” lists.

Not just because they celebrate peak performance at an age when most of us were still figuring out how to expense coffee — but because they imply a clock is ticking. And if you haven’t made it by 35, good luck trying.

So here’s our gentle rebellion: the 60>60 podcast.

It’s not a ranking. It’s not a race. It’s a conversation with people who’ve lived long enough to know that influence isn’t loud, and wisdom rarely announces itself.

Many of them are brushing right up against Singapore’s official retirement age — or have already crossed it. But they’re far from done.

They’re still cracking interesting problems for our clients. Still mentoring the next wave. Still learning, still laughing, still turning up to meetings that matter.

Why Sixty over Sixty?

Yes, it’s a reference to age — but while many of our guests have decades of experience, others are proudly forever 21 (or that’s what they told us, at least).

What they all share is perspective — the kind you don’t get from case studies or keynotes.
The kind that’s been lived, wrestled with, and that doesn’t quite fit in a consulting slide deck.

So no, not everyone’s technically over sixty.
But everyone brings something that is.

What you can expect

Real talk.
Reflective moments.
Occasional roastings — mostly self-inflicted.

Our guests include ex-CEOs, quiet mentors, ex-activists turned insiders, and insiders who never lost the plot.
People who’ve built things that lasted. And walked away from things that didn’t.

Episodes are short enough to fit a commute.
But dense enough to sit with you long after the headphones come off.

And the name?

As Singapore turns 60, we’ve found ourselves reflecting — not just on national milestones, but on personal ones. What endures? What evolves? And what deserves to be remembered?

Enjoy.
